Digital products only. Our products are digital (hosted access and downloadable files). Once delivered (hosted access unlocked or download link shown/emailed), the purchase is non-refundable.
1) Non-refundable items
Digital plan files, bundles, printables/templates, AR/3D files, DXF/SVG/ZIPs, updates after access is granted.
2) Exceptions (our discretion or where required by law)
We may refund or credit when:
Duplicate purchase of the same product from 1 account.
File defect we cannot fix within 5 business days after you report it (we’ll first attempt a replacement).
Material misdescription on the product page.
Mandatory consumer rights apply in your jurisdiction.
3) How to request help
Contact us: https://thegrainbros.com/contact/ within 14 days of delivery with your order number, product name, and a short description of the issue (screenshots if helpful). We aim to reply within 2 business days.
4) EU/UK digital-content rule (cooling-off)
If you are in the EU/UK: by clicking “Buy” and accessing the download or hosted content immediately, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for that digital content. 5) Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback—we resolve most issues quickly with replacements or credits. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to license revocation and account closure.
6) Exchanges / store credit
Where a refund isn’t available, we may offer store credit or an exchange for an equivalent plan.
7) Taxes, fees, currency
Prices are shown before taxes unless stated. Your bank or payment provider may add fees or FX spreads; these aren’t refundable.
8) Commercial/workshop licenses
Sales of finished items or teaching with our files require a separate license. License fees are non-refundable once issued.
